Whether you want full support from day one or just some help filling in the gaps, I offer planning packages tailored to your needs and comfort level. This is for couples who want a creative, organized partner by their side- someone who can take the pressure off, offer trusted advice, and make the process feel exciting (not overwhelming). Full Planning includes everything from budget breakdowns and vendor research to design guidance, timeline creation, and coordination on the big day. I’ll walk with you through every step and decision. Partial Planning is perfect if you’ve already booked a few vendors or have a vision in place but need help pulling it all together. I’ll step in where needed, offer direction, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. No matter how involved you want me to be, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help bring your wedding to life with care, intention, and a touch of fun.

You’ve done the planning, now let me handle the execution. My day-of coordination package is designed for couples who’ve mapped out their wedding but want a trusted professional to step in, tie it all together, and run the show. We will have open communication from the get-go, but focusing about a month before the big day to review every detail: vendor contacts, timelines, floor plans, and all the moving parts you’ve carefully planned. From managing your rehearsal to overseeing setup, cueing the ceremony, and keeping everything on track- I’ll be your calm, capable point person so you (and your family and friends) can fully enjoy the day. This service is ideal for couples who want peace of mind knowing someone experienced has their back when it matters most.

Why I Don’t List Full Pricing Every couple, every event, and every vision is different- so I don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, I build custom quotes based on the level of support you need, your event location, and the scope of planning involved. That said, I know it’s helpful to have a starting point: Day-of Coordination within Kelowna starts at $1,600 For events outside Kelowna, a travel fee is added based on distance (per KM) Partial Planning starts at $2,500 Full Planning starts at $6,000 Once we connect, I’ll send over a personalized quote tailored to your needs, so you can get the right level of support without paying for things you don’t need.
