Carly was the wedding day coordinator for our wedding. She was a literal godsend after all the planning, she was sure to execute everything perfectly Carly kept everyone fed, watered, and happy. She had a meticulous eye for detail and is quick to problem solve should anything arise. She is responsive, committed, and so kind. I would certainly recommend Carly if you want your event to go off without a hitch!! She is certainly a seasoned planner

Carly’s attention to detail is unmatched! She did such an amazing job at my wedding, making sure everything went smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She organized, decorated, timed things, kept people on track, and seriously went above and beyond what I could have expected! Me and my husband had a somewhat last minute wedding. We both went into it blind thinking it wouldn’t be as difficult because it was a smaller wedding. As the days came closer we realized we were way in over our heads. I scheduled a call with Carly and even after the conversation I felt much better and organized. She basically took over, gave me a small check list of what only I could organize and the rest was in her hands. As for the wedding day, she was my brain and I had the most amazing stress free day. I couldn’t reccommend her more.

I had my wedding on June 6/2025 and had Carly as my wedding coordinator and I can not express the amount of gratitude I have for her, without her there with me every step of the way I wouldn’t of been able to enjoy my day as much as I did. From the early stages of planning I knew right away she was the one for the job, everything I had worried about she addressed without me even speaking about them. I don’t trust many people with big tasks so I was reluctant to even source externally for this position but based on our first conversation I absolutely had to have her. The day of the wedding went absolutely amazing, she is an absolute beast when it comes to weddings and attention to detail, from early in the morning setting up my ceremony and reception space, to trying to wrangle all the boys and make sure everyone was where they needed to be it was an absolute seamless day, without Carly none of that would of been made possible. Looking back at my day I will always remember her and the amount of time and effort she put fourth to make sure all I remembered was how beautiful it was, She was always available to reach, quick responses, great at communicating and made what would normally a stressful day into a flawless day where I got to marry my best friend, thank you so much Carly you are one heck of a human, if I had to do this all over again I would to hire you again without even thinking

I could go on and on about how amazing Carly and her team are! Hiring her as our day-of-coordinator was one of the best choices we made. She overcame crazy changes and obstacles during our wedding ceremony such as a wind storm, location change, and power outage haha! She handled everything with grace, composure and never ending helpful solutions. I really don't know what I would have done without her, she's excellent and passionate about her work! 10/10
