What EXACTLY does a Day of Coordinator do?
Well… a coordinator does anything and everything to make your day special! From filling bubbles for the send-off to setting up the honeymoon suite, grabbing breakfast for the bridal party, or making sure Grandma has a fan and water on a hot July day- I'm here for it all! My goal is to provide personalized, hospitable service because that’s just who I am. Below is a general description of a day-of coordinator's duties, but rest assured, I’m always ready to go above and beyond to ensure your celebration is as seamless and enjoyable as possible!
Vendor Coordination: Being a point of contact for all your vendors; (caterers, florists, photographers, etc.) on the day of the event to ensure everyone is on the same page and knows the schedule.
Timeline Management: Create and manage the event timeline, making sure everything happens as planned, from the ceremony to the reception.
Setup and Decoration: Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces, ensuring that decorations, seating, and other details are arranged according to your vision.
Guest Coordination: Welcome guests and help direct them to the right areas, ensuring a smooth flow of the event.
Problem Solving: Handle any unexpected issues that may arise, allowing you and your family to focus on enjoying the day without stress.
Rehearsal Coordination: Lead the rehearsal, ensuring that everyone knows their roles and the timing for the ceremony.
On-the-Day Support: Be available for any last-minute questions or needs, ensuring that you feel supported throughout the day.

Do you travel outside of the Okanagan Valley?
Absolutely! I am currently building my portfolio, and the more destinations I can explore, the better. Growing up in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, I’m familiar with many neighborhoods and have extensive knowledge of hidden gems, vendors, and local insights from my hometown.
Fun fact: my Grandma was born in Prince Edward Island, and I've always dreamed of a traditional East Coast wedding featuring lobster rolls- it's #1 on my bucket list! I'm also excited about any international travel opportunities. I love Australia and traveled there twice in my twenties, and I would be thrilled to tackle weddings in beautiful locations like the Canadian Rockies, Nashville or Italy, you name it!

I love working with organized couples who have a clear vision for their big day! As a Type A planner myself, I thrive on details and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. While I completely respect a laid-back, go-with-the-flow approach, I find that too much uncertainty can leave room for error. My goal is for you to be 100% relaxed on your wedding day, and that happens when we’ve thoroughly planned every detail in advance.
That said, I also love working with couples who trust me to bring their vision to life. Whether you're deeply involved in every detail or just need someone to take the reins, I adapt to your style while ensuring your day is executed flawlessly.
